Replication - 500+

From 500 units your master could be Replicated instead of Duplicated, this is a far more cost effective option for larger quantities and the end product is retail quality. This is the process that is used by all the Record Labels and Film Studios in which to produce their discs.

Lemon will ensure every project is completed to the highest possible standard and always keep to the turnaround specified at the start of the project. All Replication is carried out under strict supervision and we are vetted at random times throughout the year by our largest clients to make sure ALL of our clients are receiving the best service and standard of product possible.

All artwork is checked by our in-house team and always proofed back to you before we proceed with printing, we always give advice and are happy to make amendments to artwork.

Standard Turnaround for Replication is 10-12 Working Days from Approval of Artwork and receipt of Master.

We can sometimes move a little quicker so please ask.

Duplication - up to 500

From 1 up to 500 units your master will be Duplicated instead of Replicated, the result being a far quicker turnaround for those rush jobs. The quality of print is identical to that of Replication, this is very useful for clients who require blank branded discs for internal use, or for promotional clients who need to rush a disc out as part of a wider package / prospectus.

We can Duplicate much higher quantities than 500 to achieve the same quick turnaround but this option is not as cost effective as Replication.

Our in house capacity is 25,000 DVDs per day, typical turnaround for Duplicated DVDs is 3-4 Working Days from Approval of Artwork and receipt of Master

*If you require packaging in addition to this, then the turnaround will be increased as advised.
